Before submit a vehicle reservation request, be sure to first become approved to rent a vehicle. Assure you have the following information available.
You must send us your identification photos and a copy of valid insurance to our customer service number at 502-600-6517 or email us info@powerplaycarrental.com. If you need to purchase insurance, let us know, we have options available.
Complete the following.
Take a clear photo of your driver license
Take a clear photo of your self while holding your driver license next to your face (insure license details are clear inside selfie photo)
Take a photo of your valid insurance card. (Liability and collision coverage is required) We have rental coverage you may purchase.
Additional requirements
You must have a valid driver license
You must have a phone number.
You must have a email address.
You may wonder after I complete the following steps to become approved to drive, how will I know I am approved.
We will confirm your approval within 24 hours of photo and/or insurance documentation submission. Be sure to check email or text message notification for confirmation of approval status.
The email will be one of the following messages below.
“We have recieved your photos and/or insurance documentation. However, you do not meet our eligibility requirements. We have an age restriction, driving license, email, and phone number requirements to be able to rent our vehicles.”
“Approved” We have confirmed that the photos and/or documents that were provided are valid.
“Not approved” We need more information.

Consent to submitting additional photos if requested and/or check your insurance auto score, personal and/or business credit score, and criminal background to verify your identity.
Tip: We reserve the right to decline your request to rent a car due to the following items listed above and/or other reasons.

We will confirm vehicle, location, delivery dates, start and end times your Reservation request via email or text message.
Be sure to check distance included during your reservation period.

At times we may ask additional photos to help verify your identification. We will keep your information private. Our privacy policy applies to information during the process of verifying identity,

Suggestions:
Do not use flash, filters, crack cameras while taking photos to avoid glares in photo.
Review photos prior to submission to ensure images are clear and focus.

Upon completion of providing ID vertificaiton process and rental agreement we will send details locating vehicle key instructions at pick up location.

Recommendation: Before you take photos make sure you’re in an area where the light is good to ensure clear photos.
Renter should include Exterior | Interior photos.
Recommedation: Make sure when you take your photos, the photo shows the area of the vehicle.

Exterior
We recommend a total of 20 photos showing the vehicle exterior condition. If there is damage, when taking photo of pre-existing damage, adjust the camera to zoom in on scratches, dents, and other pre-existing damage.
Interior
We recommend a total of 10 photos showing the vehicle interior condition. If there is damage, when taking photo of pre-existing damage, adjust the camera to zoom in on fuel level, mileage, stains and other pre-existing damage.
